Sent me a used and rusted product. Totally unacceptable
Sent me a product that has clearly been used. The package was nice, but upon opening I saw that the item had glue all over it, was rusted, and even the pins in the plug were crooked. Shipping already took forever and now my whole project is delayed until I find a replacement. Totally disappointed.
