Wash, rinse, cook it on a pan, add some spices. its amazing.taste 8/10, with spices, eggs, veggies and proteins its 10/10.Only downside is the price, I wish it can be lower.

Disgusting
The product was damaged or it is meant to be like this, it is sent to you filled with water fermented in water with an awful taste and smell, i bought two and sent them directly to the trash
