Trangia 0.3 Litre Fuel Bottle with Safety Valve for Liquid Fuel Camping Stove (Bottle is empty inside)

What a great product. I have 3 of these now, although this is my first green version. I think they're great value for money. If you need to store spirit fuel, I can't think of a better way of doing it. They're not heavy, don't leak and the design of the valve provides a confidence that you're storing the spirit safely. Although my bottle is the 1 litre size, it doesn't quite hold 1 litre of fuel if you keep the contents below the 'max line'. Maybe 0.8 or 0.9 litres is possible though. The bottle itself is made of high density Polyethylene and I couldn't see any reference to it being made of aluminium in the description, so I don't know why someone would down grade it for not being so. The safety valve is a two stage process. The black cap on top is twistable. Turn it anti-clockwise to open the valve. Then, when you're ready to dispense, simply push the cap down to release the fuel. When you release the cap, the fuel flow stops. The funnel is bi-directional, so either end will dispense the fuel (the other end then acting as a vent to allow smooth operation). Turn the cap clockwise to then completely seal the fuel in the bottle. This will allow the bottle to be stored horizontally, vertically or upside down, if you wish, without compromising the fuel. It's a great design. You might get some residual fuel in the funnel causing a little smell, but this will dissipate over time.

Excellent, good quality item from a renowned brand with a self - sealing valve, 100% leak- proof. My only negative would be that it is expensive for what it is. These are on offer from time to time but I paid £15.95 for mine but then it is a branded item. Does exactly what it is supposed to do with excellent build quality

Absolutely fantastic quality and makes refilling and carrying fuel so much easier and also can be put down the front of your trousers to impress the lady's.

Extremely sturdy bottle with a unique valve system to dispense your meths, won't leak or get squashed....if it does get squashed I'd hazard a guess that you have also been squashed. Excellent product and highly recommended!

You won't get fuel on your hands and you won't spill it everywhere. Wondering what size to get? The weight difference is basically the weight of plastic in the middle so the difference is negligible between the 300ml and the 1l so get the one for the space you have.

Ideal um zusätzlich Spiritus für seinen Trangia zu transportieren. Das Behältnis ist relativ dickwandig und dadurch vermutlich zerstörungssicher. Natürlich auch absolut auslaufsicher und geruchsdicht was unangenehme Gerüche im Rucksack verhindert und natürlich auch kein Gesuppel, aber wäre die Flasche nicht dicht, hätte sie wohl ihren Zweck verfehlt. Die Zuschüttmenge kann reguliert werden, je nachdem wie weit man den Schraubverschluss öffnet. Durch das Drücken auf den Flaschenkopf lässt sich die Flüssigkeit dann ausschütten, also selbst durch versehentliches lockern des Schraubverschlusses kann zunächst keine Flüssigkeit entweichen. Alles in allem ein solides Produkt, leider nicht ganz preiswert, wenn man bedenkt, dass der Liter Spiritus bei etwa 2 Euro liegt, trotzdem sollte man nicht unbedingt das Behältnis in seine Tasche stecken, besser eine Sicherheitsflasche, daher eigenltich ein MUSS.

Con trangia, no se puede fallar. Estos recipientes son de lo mejor. No se derraman y son muy resistentes. Ojo, no son para presión en sistemas de estufa de presión. Solo para transportar combustible para estufas y linternas.

Puedes guardar el alcohol en un recipiente diseñado expresamente para ese uso.
