What can I say that hasn't been said already about this amazing bag?+ It's a nice size for traveling with and for using as an everyday work bag.+ Fairly organized. Great mix between large, medium, and small. Can fit practically anything I want in my personal use.+ Nice, adjustable water bottle holders that are nice and flat when not in use, as well allowing the zipper in the main compartment to open into them, allowing better access.+ The shoulder strap is fairly comfortable while being able to hide it out of the way easily when not needed.+ The charcoal is a nice color and fabric choice for a nice, fairly unique yet subtle design.- If you're not careful with the shoulder strap on where it latches on at the zipper lock, it can knock the lock open and slide down, raising the chance of the shoulder strap coming undone and loose if you don't have a little key/combo lock on the lock to keep it from opening.Other than that, an excellent daily bag for work, play, and travel.

I've used this bag every day at my work, and I mean every single day this bag has been with me. Every zipper has held up fantastic, never a single jam, or break. Not a single seam has shown ware or separation and I can't find a loose thread after a year anywhere. I use it for tools, cables of course my laptop and will lock it to a desk or char while I'm working in an area. I've over filled it I'm sure at times, but it took my abuse like a champ. All the inside pockets have held up, I was worried some about the mesh pocket zipper pouches however those as well have held up, I normally keep USB drives in one and the other I keep a few keys for laptop and closet locks I don't use frequently. On the key chain ring on the inside I keep my car keys on a belt buckle clip. Not a single part of this bag has failed or shown excessive ware other than the paint on the zipper tabs around the rings, however as much as I open and close it and it moves around with me. It's help up grade. My average day foot steps track at around 8000 and a busy day was 27,000. This bag has proven it's worth to me. Id also add when I carry it the strap is comfortable and it don't dig even when I overload it. I've never weighed it but I'm sure its more than 15 pounds fully loaded with all my equipment and tools.

It's a high quality bag--however, it's fairly useless without the shoulder strap that wasn't included. Will try to purchase from another seller.

I agree with the other reviewer who indicated that the material is a little on the stiff side. I also hope that the material weathers and becomes a little softer. I notice that since the material is stiff that the zippers don't glide as smoothly as they could. Don't get me wrong, the zippers are of very good quality, but the fabric makes it taunt sometimes. As far as the security features, I think this product is spot on, but I would still have wanted the double straps to also have metal wire in them too. I know travelon brand security bags with the double handle straps do have cable wires in them.I'm using this bag as a carry-all bag/purse (I'm a woman), to hold just about anything I would possibly need anywhere I go. For the size, it can hold all that with no problem at all.I had looked at a video on YouTube that was presented by Zappos that showed all the features of this bag, which prompted me to purchase it once the price was reduced. I own many security bags from Travelon and Pacsafe and this one happens to be the largest one made that doesn't look like you should be at an airport terminal.I hope this bag becomes softer with time and if it doesn't in the next 6 months with daily use, I'll be back to update my experience.UPDATE: November 15, 2014 - Its been a little over 2 months of daily use of this bag, and I can say that the fabric is a lot less taunt now and the main zipper closes even easier. The fabric does show some natural wearing and has that vintage appearance. Also, I noticed that its much easier to carry this on your shoulder if you have the "front" of the bag (the side with the logo) facing outwards because the shoulder straps are actually attached closer to the opposite side, which is closer to your body and helps to keep it balanced without slipping off your shoulders. Also, in my opinion the shoulder strap with adjustable pad is very comfortable, and I have not experienced any issues with it being uncomfortable or slipping.By the way, the main top zipper on this bag is awesome, very heavy duty and I really like how you can open the top and easily see and access everything inside since the zippers unzip all the way down the both sides (where you can hide the zipper-pulls behind the water bottle pouches or lock it on the exterior locking clasp). Another thing I will point out is the fact the entire bag is cushion and not just the areas designated for a tablet or computer. So, there's some extra protection there that you normally don't get in a regular duffle type travel bag. I'm pleased that this bag has worn nicely and is a lot more pliable and easily zips now. So, in saying all this I'm changing my rating of 4 stars to 5. I'm happy that I purchased this now.

Compact design.DifficultThe notebook sleeve is designed for modern 15in notebook, but unfortunately if your notebook is something like old school 15in notebook which is thicker than an inch, should consider buying this. It doesn't fit so well. There is not much place for a dinosaur notebook adapter. Means frequent travelers, your notebook adapter may end up in your luggage not in this. Shoulder strap is thin and the cushioning on the strap is not so fantastic. Heavier the bag more pain on the shoulder. The key storage area is not easily accessible.DifferentSlight bigger space for 15in notebook. Comfortable shoulder strap, something wider with more cushioning or adept Victorianox bag's strap design, they have a better way to distribute pressure on the shoulder.

LOVE THIS BAG. It's just the right size for a laptop, charger, cell, tablet, notebook and other misc. The look is simple, understated, and elegant. This is a superb work bag. The anti-theft features are really nice too, they really can give you a peace of mind. One missed opportunity is the handle. The rest of the bag feels really robust and high quality, but the top handle is thin, feels flimsy, and lacks padding that is comfortable/easy to grip. It's minor, but glaring when the rest of the bag is so great.
