Great knife for the price.
The knife is very sharp. I use it when cooking during camping. It's super easy to clean with a decent grip. The sheath that comes with it is also of decent quality. Since the sheath makes drying much easier. It's not for looks, but it functions flawlessly.

Wonderful sharp knife
This is a great knife! Used last one for 2 years, but dropped it and broke. So, ordered another 2, in case it drops. I don't use it to chop hard stuff, but just go easy with carrots. Works great on slicing tomatos, even if they are a little mushy. Stays sharp. Just take care of it, and it will last.....think of it like it's glass. Great for meat too.

Well Made and VERY Sharp Knife!
My first ceramic knife and it is incredibly sharp but a great addition to our kitchen! The blade has held up well with no problems and it has become my favorite knife to use for just about everything! Every kitchen should have one plus itโs the perfect all around size.

Ceramic Knife
Love ceramic knives. I have had many of these knives. Very sharp at the beginning. Problem is the tip is thin & breaks off easily. It's lightweight and is easy to use. Funtions well for small jobs in the kitchen. I will probably get another but for the price they need to fix this flaw.

Bought for lettuce chopping
This is the best knife I've ever purchased for cutting up lettuce. Very sharp. I've had a smaller paring knife of the same brand that's stayed sharp for years. You can carefully sharpen with diamond sharpening stone (suggest video first as these break easy). We'll worth the money.

Decent size, sharp
The knife is sharp. I cut tomatoes with no tearing. It is a good replacement for my old, chipped ceramic knife. Not too expensive compared to the "top" line ceramic knives. The guard/cover is a bonus..I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.****UPDATE****October 6, 2025-I was chopping lettuce on a plastic/polymer cutting board. I felt a crunch and pulled the knife from the lettuce. The blade had a crescent break in it. I tossed the lettuce in the trash since I could not remove the ceramic from the pile. I used the knife to cut tomato, onion or lettuce. Please be aware that this knife and break off in your food. I will NOT buy this knife again.

Great Knife But DON'T DROP IT!
This is a great knife. Stays sharp and I really enjoy using it. My only complaint, and the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars, is the fact that I've broken two of them. DO NOT DROP it on the floor because it will most definitely break. Otherwise, it's a great tool. I also like the sheath it comes with to protect yourself from getting poked.

Excellent Farberware Ceramic knife
This is my fifth Farberware ceramic knife. My other three are 10 years old. I had to throw one away because the tang was coming loose in the handle. But the other three are going strong. I use these knives exclusively. They are very sharp. The handle fits perfectly in my hand. As with any ceramic knife, you can't pry or exert any torque on the blade; it isn't designed for that. But for cutting, you can't beat it. I highly recommend the Farberware.
