Great headset, replacing an existing model that’s broken after many years of use. Just remember, you will need an adapter to plug it into anything.

I bought these as I have to wear a headset all day. The headset provided by my employer are low quality and not very comfortable. These are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Keep in mind you NEED adapters otherwise no use. Adapters cost you more than the headphone itself

Used with some signs of wearing. A bit smaller for my ears and the microphone does pick some background noise. Comfortable to some extent if you don’t wear them for long periods.

Headset from employer broken, refused to replace so I had to buy my own. Luckily the adapter is the same on std model so no need for adapter. Arrived quickly and In great condition.

I never wore these - as soon as they arrived I realised I couldn't use them without a separate bottom lead to connect to my PC. the bottom lead is quite expensive and would take another week to arrive - even if I wanted it. I was disappointed that a simple headset costing £77 should require another lead to be of any use.

Plantronics EncorePro HW520 Headset provides crystal clear audio and super lightweight. Exactly what I am looking for. However, I do need to purchase a separate Quick-Disconnect Cable from eBay, which is a bit disappointed. Please don't assume everyone knows your product in-side out. It will be nice to state it in the product description.
