Will definitely buy again
This was a life saver for me. It really helps the icing be a perfect consistency and texture and gives it a shine. It doesn’t change the taste.

Excellent Icing Stabilizer
I love making old fashioned Swiss and Italian buttercreams from scratch and using this meringue powder to stabilizer my egg whites is the secret to fluffy, unbreakable butter cream and royal icing. It holds well, mixes easily, no clumping or weird after taste at all! It doesn’t affect the color of the icing or the ease of mixing in food dye either. Very good product!

This new formula is a game changer! It really makes frosting and merangue fluffyand tasty. It's a bit pricey but worth it. I strongly believe "you get what you pay for"! Plus its non GMO!

So far so good
This is a very small container, but I've read other reviews and apparently a little goes a long way. Also, I had no problem with the packaging at all. I am a new cookie baker so we'll see how it goes and I will update/edit this review.
