How close are the circles to the dimensions stated is a 2" realy 2" or is the measurement off? also if you wanted to cut the shape out how hard is it

The circles in the template all seem to be about 1/32" larger than the imprinted dimension, but I'm pretty sure that is intentional to accommodate the width of a well sharpened pencil. I tested this theory, and the circles that I have drawn with a sharp drafting pencil using the template are right on the money.
