Highly recommend this rv roof sealer
This stuff is fantastic. This is our second 5 gallon bucket that we have purchased. This go round, we resealed my sister's roof. It dries quickly, it's easy to apply, seals everything, prevents leaks, and works amazingly.

Great product
Great product. Used to seal camper roof. Plan on at least 2 coats to make your roof nice and white. Kinda messy and applicators go in trash right after use. Make sure you have multiple roller covers and brushes. Will order again when needed.

It has thermos properties
Had a small leak on a flat aluminum travel trailer roof which required removing the ceiling and insulation inside to find it.Could not find it from the roof but after removing the ceiling and insulation, where it leaked, could see five small pin holes from the sun shining in from them. After reading reviews for these type of products to be used as a water sealant, decided on this brand for price, ease of application and discovered it spreads so smoothly was able to do three applications for an area that the container said would do only one application. There is a huge benefit to multiple thin applications versus one and some draw backs but multiple has the advantage of being more durable.Which I inadvertently had to test since the drainage pattern from the condensation from the air conditioner had changed, needed to lower a dam so used a hammer to lower it.Fully expected the material to pull away from the surface after the pounding but it remained adhered to the roof surface, which could have something to do with the primer too but nice to know it can take a beating and not flack. But the real surprise, and still find unbelievable, is the aluminum temperature on the underside (have not put insulation or ceiling material back) measures, using my Etekcity Infrared Thermometer, as the same temperature as the thermometer in the shade, when the roof is in full sunThis aluminum roof without the product and only an inside reading at the ceiling, BEFORE, with insulation in between it measured 10 degrees hotter. Also took a couple measurements before while the ceiling was open with just bare underside of the aluminum in full sun on a cool spring day showed the underside of the aluminum was 100 degrees, while outside temperatures were 65 degrees. The bare aluminum is gathering heat and conducting itHere is the part which is unbelievable, and could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on winter or summer, measured the temperature of the roof in the evening after the sun has gone down, air temperature was 64 degrees, the roof temperature with this product, no sun light on it, showed all surface area measured 6 to 8 degrees COOLER than the surrounding air.It does not absorb the heat and radiates it back.I do not know all the science involved only know what I measured, and expecting a substantial savings in air conditioning costThis is the only product of this type have any knowledge but if they all work like this one everyone needs to put it on their roof, just know this one seems to be a miracle product, so highly recommend it.

Great rubberizing roof coating
After reading the recommended coverage, it was clear that I needed approx. 5 gallons to cover my 20’ enclosed trailer. Although it was a bit more expensive, am so glad that I purchased five - one gallon pails instead or a single 5 gallon bucket for the following reasons:1) Managing a few single gallon pails at a time - up a ladder and on top of the trailer is a lot easier than one 5 gallon bucket.2) I quickly realized that this product is very “runny” and liquid. This is a GOOD attribute as it will flow into smaller gaps and similar leak- prone areas. A single gallon covered my 20’ X 8’ trailer nicely by using a 3/8 nap roller.3) This allowed me to apply four other successive coats on top of the first one, each time going in a different direction ( east/west - north/south ). This does require more time than a single “heavy” application, however by applying in this fashion, I am very comfortable that I have left no opportunity for any missed areas that would result in a leak.I am glad that I took the time to use generous amounts of blue painters tape to mask the edges of my trailer roof, as this product is very fluid and can easily find its way outside of the area that you are focusing on. However, after several applications and a good “build up”, I realized the need to cut the entire edge of my tape before pulling off my tape due to the extreme elasticity of this coating, this ensured a good seal to my roof and that I would not tear it away when I removed my tape. THIS FINAL STEP IS VITAL AND SHOULD NOT BE OVERLOOKED.I am very confident that five individual applicants of single gallons in opposite ways will result in a superior coating and is by far much easier to manage than a single five gallon bucket. Simply purchase five paint rollers and toss each one at a time. Cleanup is easy each time with water.

Sealant
Did it's job. Sealed the holes in an RV roof, easy to apply, we'll see how it does over time.

Great Product
So far so good. Was fairly easy to use. Has been keeping us dry inside our RV now for a few months. No complaints, but only a few rains so far. I thought it would be thicker but was easy to apply on our metal roof. Makes it look so nice.

Great buy! The kit has enough to get started. Do it right the 1st time.
This is a must have if you want to preserve your camper. It's so thick it is very quick to do the whole roof with a roller and brush. I put 4 coats on after the seam tape. Use acetone as directed 1st
