Ive put one of the best books as I believe that Brookes other book The Pilates Body really is the best book. this one has lots and lots of excellent ideas and is very well written and explained. Photos are clear and its a book I will refer to over and over again. thank you Brooke for such an excellent book.

I definitely recommend this book, buy the hardcopy if you can!
I really recommend this book, I've even started eating better because of it! There's loads of exercises to pick and choose from, with varying degrees of difficulty depending on any pains you might have. Everything seems very clear, simple and straight forward with none of the jargon I've come across in other pilates books. I only have this book on kindle but when I have more money I'd love to have this book in hardcopy.

Informative
Another informative guide for my Pilates library. Full colour photo illustrations. Very good on advice on different Pilates equipment. Illustrations are of much younger, proficient Pilates practitioners. For this reason I only marked it down as a four and also since it was for the US market and prices in dollars (minor issue), and I haven't been tempted to do any of the exercises in it - yet!

Absolutely brilliant
I am a Pilates teacher and this book is jam packed full of information. It would be great for a beginner right thought to a seasoned pro of Pilates giving clear exercise descriptions and tons of inspiration and ideas to mix things up personally and to use in classes as a teacher. As well as going through all the exercises it gives workouts with pics, plus so much more. I highly recommend this book to enlighten and inform anyone interested or in love with Pilates!

An excellent book!
I purchased this book second hand but its in perfect condition, almost like new. I have other Pilates books but this one is really good. It has lots of visual diagrams and lots of cues on how to do the exercises properly.

Love this Book
Having had my fitness and flexibility taken away from me by illness over the last few years, I bought this book with the hope of finding a new way to ease myself back into my fitness. I have read it cover to cover and starting from the level 1 exercises. The explanations are easy to follow, aided by diagrams, and have helped me begin to increase my strength and range of motion again. I feel like I've been introduced into a new way of fitness and am looking forward to progressing further. Love this book and would definitely recommend it.

I am a big fan of Miss Silers. I practice Pilates since 20 years and used her first book until it fell apart. I own quite a few of Pilates books but I always return to the ones of Miss Silers. This book is increedibly well done. The instructions are short and they make sense! The reader will find a multitude of exercises for every purpose, every level, every age. Good photographs too. Thank you!

Brooke Siler siempre hace libros interesantes. Este contiene muchísima información útil tanto para principiantes como para alumnos más avanzados. ¡Ojo! La edición en castellano no está completa. Desconozco el porqué, pero la primera parte en la que se habla de los aparatos de Gratz se ha esfumado de esa edición.

Really nicely done book, and I've got a few Pilates books that I honestly like but this book is great. Chapters laid out well, instructions and photographs well done. Helpful if you're watching YouTube or cannot attend classes. Well worth the money.
