I am 86 years old and believe me when I say this is the best jar opener ever. I have problems with the pull tab cans and this is perfect. Also gets a good grip on milk bottle caps, pickle jars and any other screw top container. It is well worth the money. It is easy to use and has nothing sharp to cause injuries. This is not a can opener, except for the pull tabs.

I thought I might use this jar opener on occasion, but it works so well I have been using it all the time. I have small hands and a bit of arthritis, and was always asking for help with large or difficult jars. Now can open any jar on my own. The jar opener has a twist operation that expands to open a really big jar, much larger than my hand could reach. The gears easily twist down to fit a small jar and twist it open with a minimum of effort. It has multiple functions, including a small bottle opener in the handle. If you have ever found a bottle that has a defective screw top, this thing will easily twist it open. This item is very sturdy too. Excellent value for the price. This would be a great gift too.

Gifted this opener to senior parents. It has proven to be very useful in the less than a month of them having it. Being able to utilize it to open multiple size jar lids as well as pull top cans makes it a great tool for anyone, but especially those with arthritic fingers and hands. It is easy to grip, no sharp edges, and a good size and shape for storing away when not in use. The red color makes it stand out in the kitchen.

Who knew? I didn't realize when I bought this device what a positive impact it would have in our household. I love the fact that it is multi-purpose and it serves each of those purposes very well. Initially, I thought it was expensive, but it is durable and doesn't require batteries. I would absolutely buy this product again.

This little gadget is wonderful. I can open anything with ease. Great for anyone, any age. I hope they continue to make this and not change it. I actually ordered a spare just in case.
