Great clips for trolling weight. Put together a snap weight kit for trolling crankbaits for deep wayer walleye. No issues so far.

Used these for getting my trolling rig for trout down deeper combined with a 2oz weight... Works great. Better than tying the weight directly on to the line in my opinion, because when the fish is 10-20' out, the weight is at the side of the kayak and I can just reach down and unclip it easily to bring in the fish without extra weight. Very easy to use. Easy to grip with wet hands.

The clips have so much tension they're basically impossible to open, while at the same time having so little grip that they can't stay in place on fishing line. Would give negative stars if possible.
