We got the Gotrax Flash hoverboard for my kid, and it's been a total hit! The cool design and bright colors grabbed his attention right away. my daughter absolutely loves her hoverboard! Unfortunately a day after she got it the board somehow developed a crack in the front we reached out to the company and they have been nothing but helpful and a pleasure to work with. They helped us and made sure that we got what we needed so further issues didn’t happen down the road with my daughters board. They were willing to take the extra mile and a customer which I was truly impressed by. We will definitely purchase from Gotrax again!

I bought this one for my 6 years old daughter. She is first time to use hoverboard. This is a great board for the beginners! It is the perfect size for a beginner to start out on. I was surprised at how heavy and well-built this. It weights almost 14 pounds which is heavier than I expected, but the weight provides good stability. This hoverboard holds up to 88 pounds, goes a max speed of 5 mph and has LED front lights. The non-slip foot pads are wide enough to keep your kid feeling supported. My daughter was so excited and couldn't wait to receive it when I ordered it. She thoroughly enjoyed it. She has never tried a hover board but after a couple of tries she was good at using it. She was able to go through the whole neighborhood, spin, turn, go backwards now. It doesn't go fast so it's very safe. Would Definitely recommend getting helmet and pads.

Please read this review before purchasing a gotrax item....My daughter got this hoverboard for a Christmas gift. Immediately upon opening and using it had a horrible rattling noise on the inside of the board. Like maybe a loose screw or something. Definitely metal.Contacted Amazon. Did the troubleshooting. Didn't fix it. They told me to contact gotrax, gave me and email and then told me what to send. Go Trax DID get back to me and asked for screen shots of invoice and date purchased to make sure i was within the warranty. I was. Sent. With great detail on the issue. It's been a week. Heard nothing. Amazon said they would check back in with me and they never did either. So I'm being ghosted by a promised warranty that they clearly are not living up to and Amazon who "I will personally make it a point to contact you back after 24 hours of this conversation....." never did. Please do NOT purchase from gotrax. Purchase from a company who lives up to the warranty and has "decent" customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  When it came it had a Crack and now it's larger. And when I get on it, it makes a cracking noise.

I bought this for my 8 years old son . My son told me that he want to try a hoverboard. I search many hoverboard and I think this is a great board for the beginners! It is not too big and it is the perfect size for a first time player. I can’t imagine how heavy this hoverboard , It weights almost 14 pounds which is heavier than I thought . It also can hold up to 88 BL people . This make a a lot safety for people . It also has a light make kid likes it a lot. My son feel cool when he play this. Now he play this hoverboard ever single day. This is good quality than I excepted . I strongly recommend it .

We gave these hoverboards to our Grandkids for Christmas. They figured out how to use them so quickly! They zip around the house on them all the time. They've even figured out how to lay on them and "float" around!! They are quiet and recharge easily. I recommend for age 6+. The rider needs a good sense of balance. Not recommended for Grandparents!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. She's had it a little under a month, and the battery life has plummeted. I charge it all night, and now it only runs for about 10 min.
