Recommended dosage is 34 drops a day (adults), which I just put in a small shot of water and drink first thing in the morning. I must say, I have achieved incredible feats since I first received the Rhodiola Liquid Drops on June 17th, it is now July 8th so it has only been 22 days / 3 weeks. In this time I ran a 26.2 mile marathon without training and I moved my entire 2 bedroom house with just myself and my 9 year old daughter (and one helper on either end). I take two other adaptogens and love them, so was excited to try this. I add two droppers to my tea every day (they only seem to fill halfway). It helps clear my head and gives me a good pick-me-up every morning. I've noticed a decrease in morning stress as well. I've been using daily for just over a month.It's odorless and flavorless too! Easy to add to my tea, water, or smoothie.

This product is a great and easy way to consume rhodiola! Ive taken it with other liquids or by itself and both are decent! Not too strong of a flavor that it’s impossible to take the drops on their own.

The taste was fine when mixed in another drink. I only ordered one so it was hard to tell if I got any results from it. I def felt less bloated and went to the bathroom more often.

I like the ease of the dropper for dosage sizing. However the dropper didn't fill all the way, I had to do it twice to get the amount I needed. The taste is good and I have noticed some changes. I will order another bottle to see if the changes progress

I was ordering Rhodiola from Piping Rock. But everytime they had a sale they no longer had BOGO for Rhodiola! But it was a blessing in disguise bc it lead me to see if Amazon had Rhodiola - to my amusement, THEY DID! I'm very happy w/this brand! I hope they don't change anything!!
