When you need to hide a cable, ABs don’t want to go through the trouble of putting it in a wall, this is a very good second option. I ended up putting 6-8 coats of paint, which is probably overkill, but anything worth doing is worth overdoing. Once painted it blends in perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. I bought two, and needed to cut one. I happen to have carpet shears, and they worked just fine. A hack saw would also work, although I’m afraid it would leave jagged edges. Overall, it clips the cord securely. The real tray will be to see how long the adhesive lasts.

The product itself looks nice, holds about 6-7 cables comfortably. The wall strip (sticky strip) they use is WEAK. Considering you have cables inside creating tension, this thing DOES NOT stay attached (textured painted walls). Be sure to buy your first own strip tape or Velcro tabs for a better fit.

This cord hider holds 3 HDMI cords and the power cable for our mid-size wall mounted tv. On the advice of another reviewer, I did use a wall anchor and screw near the top of the back of the item to secure it well to the wall. Easy to do and certain to prevent any shifting or detachment from the wall.

Easy to attach to wall and put cables through the cord holder. No surprises, worked as stated and expected.

At first this seemed perfect, but after a few days, the adhesive weakened and came off of the wall. It fits multiple thick cords, but we will have to replace or get additional adhesive. When it is properly fastened to the wall, it looks great.

I use a couple of these to hide speaker and cable wires between an area rug and the tv stand. They work great. I got the black ones so they’re less visible during movie night. I would suggest not peeling the entire adhesive strip for a single use, though. Just cut a little bit at each end and press firmly - less damage to floors/walls, and you can re-use them multiple times by cutting the ends again.

One of my favorite diy purchases. Hides ugly TV cords and was easy to install. It just sticks to the wall. I love it!
