I like them they leave no bad taste and seem to work well

As a person who was deficient in HDL despite eating eggs, chia seeds, and olive oil while exercising a minimum of 60 minutes a day, this supplement was able to move my level 4 points. It may not sound like much but any change after 2 years of no changes is good. That 4 points was even after missing consecutive doses from just being busy. Also, the minty smell is fabulous! As nice as this supplement is, my only wish is that it was $5 cheaper since it'll be a routine need.

I’m on my feet a lot! Due to work I’m constantly walking. I have flat feet and crooked ankles which can cause a lot of pain during the daily. I used to have my partner pop my ankle every day after work from the pressure. I started taking this product during the day and noticed I didn’t have that ankle pain. I didn’t have the urge to need my ankles popped. It’s like it lubricated and created more of a cushion for my joints . Great product!

Before taking IWI Life Sport Algae Omega 3 my Omega 3 index when tested was 3.74% which is too low. After taking IWI Life Sport Algae Omega 3 for seven months my Omega-3 index tested at 6.48% which is closer to the desired range of 8%. I did not eat fish or take fish oil during this time period. This product is worth the expense to gain better health.

I HATE taking omegas cause that taste is with you ALLLLL DAY. You’re burping it up, it lingers, it’s just gross. This one is completely different. No aftertaste whatsoever because it’s vegan and I’m in love with the concept.My in laws came to visit and I had them all try mine, they were impressed!
