Replacement seat - nice but expensive
Had to buy this as a replacement for previous one that cracked after 10 years. Due to shape, not cheaper unbranded options available so they can charge as much as they like and they do!

Poor quality - broke after a few months
Only worked for a few months, now it doesn't soft close. Poor and expensive.

Exactly what was needed...
Bit of doubt about the fit to the loo, but it was a 5 minute changeover. Excellent service, good (but pricey) product

I'm very disappointed, to spend c
I bought this a year ago to replace the one which came supplied with the toilet It was one year old when the seat cracked, so I bought the more expensive quality one. this has now cracked. Why should this happen? It is in my husband's bathroom, we have no children and he is a most careful user. We certainly don't stand on it. It should last more than a year. we have toilet seats in 2 other bathrooms used by guests over the years which are cheaper than Duravit and have never had to replace them.I'm very disappointed, to spend c. £50 per year on a toilet seat becomes an expensive toilet. I'm going to try another product.
