For me-should have given more thought!
Superior product but unfortunately for me chewed my neck skin up! Tried several different settings and shaving methods but neck still looks like chewed flesh. Well I am sure it’s a very quality product but not for sensitive neck skin like mine.

Great Value
Purchased this Philips shaver, as it has a QI charger, and comes with a cleaning Pod. More importantly the quality of it. And it hasn’t disappointed, I get a really close shave from it, run’s extremely quiet, and has a nice solid feel to it. I purchased it at £300 less than Philips Online or other sellers. Yes I would definitely recommend this product.

Best electric shaver I've ever used.
I was reluctant to spend so much on a shaver, even on the less than half price deal I got from Amazon, but I'm so pleased I bought it. It glides over skin far better than my previous Philips shaver and is really quiet in operation. I usually use it wet. Included accessories are good although the cleaning system seems a bit OTT. A rinse under the tap should suffice in my opinion but the cleaning solution container makes a useful stand to store the shaver upright. Wireless charging is great although the charging pad is a bit on the large size for storing when not in use. Overall, having used it for a week or so, I'm very happy with the shaver.

Philips Premium Shaver Review: Not Worth the Upgrade from 5000 Series
I'll keep this review concise and to the point. Having previously owned both the Braun 9000 series and Philips 5000 series shavers, I purchased this model based on promising reviews suggesting it might be the ultimate shaver.Compared to the Braun 9000, this shaver is noticeably smoother and quieter. It's gentler on the skin while still providing a close, silky-smooth shave. However, it's not Phillips' greatest product to date. When comparing it to the Philips 5000 series, I'd recommend saving your money and opting for the 5000 series instead. You'll get 99% of the performance at a lower price point. The package contents are good overall, but some choices are questionable. The inclusion of a wireless charger without a USB option seems impractical for travel, despite the provided case. Additionally, the trimmer is not built into the shaver, which is a drawback. The shave quality is satisfactory, but not significantly better than the 5000 series, despite claims of more cuts and a closer shave. The build quality is slightly more solid, though lighter, and the digital battery display is a nice touch. However, the overall shave experience and travel kit fall short of expectations.Summary:If I could choose again, I'd stick with the Philips 5000 series shaver, which performs exceptionally well. If needed, you can purchase the cleaning station and pod separately, which are compatible with the 5000 series. The only additional feature in this model is the nose and ear trimmer, which I don't believe justifies the price difference. All things considered, I recommend the Philips 5000 series as the better value option.
