Fascinating to read about the extent of Benjamin Lay's convictions told in an interesting manner. Highly recommend those interested in the early abolition movement in the US - pressuring Quakers to give up their slaves and live their stated values.

This is an excellent book and one that throws a light on a largely forgotten and significant element of English and American history. Well written and compelling.

Like the man himself: this book might be slight, but it is mighty. What a man he was.
