I had problem with the delivery at first however they reached out and ensured me they would resolve the problem which they did and i got it the next day it is a great doll and my mum was thrilled with it.

Packaging is terrible, box it comes in was damaged
Box it arrived in was ripped & damaged. Product is so much smaller than advertised. Don’t bother
