A Beautiful, Resonant Instrument
What a wonderful surprise this soprano pan was and worth every penny! This idiophone has very well-tuned resonating surfaces, with beautiful sonics and overtones, despite the skirt depth of only 6.5 cm. With a range of one octave, (the G above middle C to the G the octave above), it is a straightforward pan very much suitable for beginners, but it is clearly an instrument worthy of far more. The dedicated mallets (included) make all the difference as well. Although the stand (included) was a little awkward to slot together, it was more than sturdy enough (some of the reviews I read said it wasn't sturdy enough). Highly recommend this lovely instrument.

Broken part, not a great start
Easy to assemble however one of the adaptors was broken which means we can only have it positioned at one height. Can't return as its for a birthday tomorrow and Amazon doesn't provide an option to ask for a replacement part. Not impressed considering the price.

Steel pn on frame
The pan itself beautifully but the frame broke when we tried putting it up on Boxing day

Dissapointed
Really dissapointed in this product brought it for my sons birthday and the book and cd are missing from it
