Wearing it right now. Have used many different types of PC apparatus in the past. Really like the undershirt types but too expensive and don't last. This is well build, easy to adjust and is comfortable. The only discomfort I feel is when I am slouching and it cuts into my arm pits. When I sit or stand correctly, no pain. Go figure. I suggest using a mirror and checking your posture as you adjust it. I have not tried to wear it without a undershirt but easily fits with most dress shirts and is unnoticeable for the most part.

Fits ok. It is a bit uncomfortable in the armpit area were it gets a bit tender. Maybe after getting used to it it will get better. It does appear to help some with my posture. I have pretty bad osteoporosis and I'm hoping that this will help with the pain in my upper back.

I loved it at first, but if you wear clothes over top or under or lean on anything it collects everything and loses its stick and Velcro doesn't work then its completely useless. lasted me 1 month religiously wore. great while it stuck. but pulling out lint and fuzz just isn't good enough.

I'm a woman. 5'5"/130lbs. Size ordered: M. My experience with this brace: It feels comfortable enough, but the level of tightening you need to do to pull the shoulders back/correct slouching means that the back part of the brace rides up your back, and you start slouching again. In addition, the back part shows as a "hunch" under clothes and looks pretty bad. I haven't tried any other inexpensive back braces with the same construction, but based on my experience with this one, I'm going to look for a model that wraps around the waist, which seems to provide much more support and stay put. They're bulkier and more expensive, but I'm not sure little braces like this one can do the job...

Rides way higher than the pic. It so small it sit up towards your neck instead of lower to help straighten the shoulders. I bought based on reviews. Must be bots. It sits higher than your hunch. Probably the most disappointed I've been with an amazon purchase. Go with a bigger better purchase that actually doesn't ride higher than your curve. The straps barely fit under your armpits not like the pic where they are like around the side the up. In the pic there's like 2-3 inches on the back where u can see the back of the neck...not accurate it ride way high up in the back almost touching the neck. I'm 6 ft 190 and this is the largest setting which is cause my to hunch. Jammed under my pits rubbing my neck

Good product. Easy to wear and works great. I suffered from a neurological condition and neck instability and tend to tense my muscles in my shoulders. I need something to help me with my shoulder pain. After wearing this for about 30 mins, I felt better... this helped relive the pressure on the tense in my neck. Very helpful in terms of pain relief. Exactly what I need

Work pretty much as expected. You have to be conscious about not tightening it too much and making sure that it sits in a way that doesnt stretch your shirts.

I think this brace works well for some, but it didn't work great for me. I'm 6'2" and skinny and had to tighten the brace pretty dang tight for it to have any effect at pulling my shoulders back. But at that point, the straps felt very uncomfortable under the armpit area. I tried it on once and then returned it. Just didn't seem to work for me, but I think if I had a little more meat on my bones, it would have felt better. Great customer service though. They offered me a different product.
