Works perfectly in my 2026 Acura MDX Base Model
This Posspo Jupiter CD player worked perfectly in my 2026 Acura MDX base model. I just hooked it up to the USB connector port inside the console (left one) using the 90 degree adapter plug and used the "USB Audio" function on the infotainment screen and it automatically connected and played perfectly. Super easy to do. I was able to control all CD functions through the infotainment screen, the knob/button on the console and even the steering wheel controls. The sound quality was awesome, too, I could hear each song more clearly than before. Part of that was the awesome sound system in the new MDX but the player was also very clear. No skipping and no problems. The only thing I wished was better was that the title of the CD and the title of each song does not pop up on the display. It just says Track 1, Track 2, etc. The entire unit also fit inside the console, which was nice. Comes with a small remote, too, which I did not need. Posspo customer support was also very responsive. It just takes them a day to respond.

2023 Dodge Ram Larime truck. Posspo Juipter CD player works great and easy install.
Awesome customer service. Great communication to resolve my issue. Bought the Posspo Juipter CD player for my 2023 Dodge Ram Lairme. My 1st unit played great and sounded amazing. The built in EQ in the unit definitely adds more power to my stero system. Very easy to connect and use. I had an issue come up with the unit, it stopped working and constantly ejecting the disc. It wouldn't load/read the disc anymore. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond my expectations. It was still under warranty and they replaced it no problem and even offered a refund if I didn't want another unit. I really like the unit, so I opted to get a replacement. They even extended my warranty period and sent a blue tooth module for an alternate connection instead of using the FM module. With Bluetooth, you can change the next song with the controls on the steering wheel. You just dont get the built in EQ affect this way. I love the EQ affect and used the FM module as I originally did. Stuff happens and the unit failed. OK maybe a bad unit. No worries , Posspo customer service support took care of my issue and replaced it. They paid for shipping for the new one as well. They just wanted a happy customer. I'm very pleased with their great communication and customer service support. It's just a shame that new vehicles dont come with CD players anymore. This unit definitely solved that issue and is super easy to connect. I definitely recommend giving this unit a try. Customer service support is there if you need it and they take care of your issues. Thanks Posspo customer service support for taking care of my issue. Very happy with the customer service. The new unit is working and playing great. Thanks, Eddie Manning

Good unit had problems but a replacement was sent.
When I bought a new Toyota, I was upset that very few new vehicles come with CD players. I have an enormous collection of music, most of which is on CD and much of it is not available on streaming services. I hooked up the Posspo unit and it was easy to install and began working immediately. After a few days, CDs were occasionally skipping. This problem got progressively worse during the next couple of months. Also, CDs started to eject while playing for no reason at all. This made the unit unusable, so I contacted the company. After a few email exchanges asking me to try out a few things such as hooking up the Posspo to a laptop, I got another email stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience, and were sending me a replacement. 2 days later, it arrived. I started using it and the replacement is rock solid. No problems at all. It has now been 3 weeks and none of the problems from the original unit have occurred. The Posspo sounds great in the car and is easy to operate from the car's touch screen. I am happy that the company stood by their product. The only thing that I don't like is that there is a brief pause between tracks which is annoying if one track comes directly off of the previous one. This appears to be an issue with all new portable CD players that connect via USB or Blu Tooth.

Works well in 2023 and 2025 Toyota Highlander hybrids
We have 2023 and 2025 Toyota Highlander hybrids, XLE models. Like many others, we have a large CD collection and could not play CD’s in either auto as CD players are no longer standard automobile equipment. We have been looking for a portable CD player for some time that would allow us to play through the automobile speakers. Neither Toyota model has an auxiliary port. The Posspo Jupiter CD player is a lifesaver and its setup couldn't be easier. It works in both cars. Simply insert the player’s USB plug into the dashboard receptacle. The CD player is not recognized by the car software until a CD is inserted. It is then recognized as a connected device. Simply select the device and CD player controls appear on the auto display screen. Steering wheel control buttons for volume and track selection also work well. The automobile software only displays track numbers, not the track names, but that is a minor deficiency for us. We are extremely pleased with the quality and functionality of this product and consider it to be worth every penny! I also want to add that before we made our purchase, I interacted with customer service by email on several occasions to clarify questions and make sure the player was compatible with our vehicles. Often I would receive a reply within 24 hours. Excellent customer support is another reason to purchase this product.

Works great in my 2025 Nissan Rogue SV
Before I purchased the Posspo Jupiter cd player I was concerned about compatibility issues with the infotainment system because the car only has 2 usb-c inputs(NO AUXILIARY INPUT). Reached out to the company through Amazon messages for my concerns. Support was outstanding and very prompt via email. Decided to buy it because of the many different connection options. Connectivity was very simple. Connected existing player usb to a Syntech usb-c to usb adapter, plugged it into usb-c(left input) in car and after about 15 seconds the USB1 lit up on touchscreen and cd started playing after I pressed it. Did not need any additional supplied cables. Only 1 WAV file(song track number) will display on touchscreen but it does play continuous tracks and will replay cd from the start. Can control tracks backwards and forwards on steering wheel. On this car player will not cut off because it is a continuous charge USB input and remote is designed to work for the AUX port connection and FM transmitter connection method. Purchased a Andtobo USB switch recommended by support to be able to cut the player off. You can also just unplug before you get out of car(I prefer switch). With that in mind you have to press USB1 on touchscreen each time to initiate player. Player fits perfectly in compartment under gear shift mechanism. I used 4 XCEL Neoprene anti vibration pads with adhesive 6" x 6" x 1/4" with 9 large rubber feet black bumpers for electronics(all purchased on Amazon of course) to raise player up facing drivers side to enable ejection and loading of cds. Well worth it to have a fantastic sounding(in my mind the best digital music media now and probably forever) cd player available to still use our hard earned spent money in cds in our automobiles. Thank you Posspo for still thinking about consumers needs unlike auto manufacturers. Shout out to Posspo support for their tremendous feedback and help for making my life better! Highly recommend this product to cd lovers everywhere.

Works perfectly in our 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab with the basic no-frills sound system
The POSSPRO Jupiter works just fine in my 2021 Tacoma! Our Tacoma is the 'base' version for the TRD Sport Double Cab 4×4 model, with no GPS (we have our own portable GPS unit) and only the base radio with AM/FM/Sirius/Bluetooth. Sirius radio charges a monthly fee for the subscription, so we don't use that, while the Bluetooth is dedicated to one or the other of our phones. The system's screen does NOT recognize the POSSPRO Jupiter right away when we plug it into the USB, and a CD must be inserted in order for it to recognize the drive. Then a message comes up at the top of the screen (also when we start the engine or the accessories feature if a CD is already inserted) that says, "Checking USB device. Please wait." The player is recognized a few seconds later and we can play the CD. All of the features on the Tacoma stereo work the same as always for balance, treble and bass. The screen for the player does not tell us the artist or track names, so we refer to the CD case for those. I noticed that the car stereo seems either to have read the CD into temporary system memory or remembers where it was stopped, as ejecting and then reloading the same CD (and NOT having meanwhile played a different CD) takes me to where it was when ejected and not to the beginning of the first track. Sound quality is as good as the system in our Tacoma can produce and better than FM, and it plays well so far not only with factory-packaged CDs but also with ones I've burned from ones we've bought over the years and keep in zipped cases for trips that include huge areas (we live in the western U.S.) with no radio reception, of which there are many. Photos are: Dash with player plugged in but no CD inserted, and USB not an active/illuminated screen button Dash with a CD inserted, and the USB recognized and the screen button active and illuminated The control screen I get when I touch the 'USB AUDIO' screen button, with Track01 playing The screen results I get when I touch 'Song List' screen button and, taken later, 'Checking USB Device. Please wait.' that appears when we turn on the ignition with a CD already inserted. The device also comes with a Velcro pad set to secure of in place, and ours fits best in the glove box and is secured there. Not wanting to be pinching the cord in the glovebox door, I drilled a 3/4" hole for the USB connector and routed the cord through the hole... that I'll be tidying up later today with a rubber grommet bought for that purpose. We're very pleased.

Great CD Player For 2021 RAV4 Models And Up
Just wanted too post a reveiw of the Posspo CD player.Easy installed in my 2022 Rav4 LE threw usb, powered on immediately and just hit the usb button on main dashboard screen and music started playing within a few seconds.Very fast and quiet during startup. And just wanted too let people know it fits convientley in the armrest vertically no problem and there's room enough for probably at least 6 to 7 cds for people that like too have a some variety in cd listening which is perfect. And the armrest still closes no problem with the attached cord that was attached too the cd player when I took it out of the box and attached threw usb in front of gearshift. Some people left out key details that I was looking for with my certain make of car so I figured id leave these details here for anyone that was like me.Posspo definitely did not disappoint well worth the money.Happy Listening going forward.

This product works very well and as expected/ described
This portable CD player for the car works great in my car (2023 Toyota RAV4). It’s simple to setup and connect - just followed the enclosed instructions , just plug the USB cable of the cd player into the front console usb port , the car multimedia system display recognized the audio source , insert CD , the CD track numbers show on screen , then hit play on screen and sound cones thru car speakers . Worked for me exactly as expected , even plays if I position the CD player vertically . I like this product very much , my car doesn’t come with a cd player and it’s easy & fast to just pop the cd I like in and listen in car

It works with Apple Carplay
I just bought a 2021 BMW X1 xDrive 28i that had no CD player so I was looking for an external unit that I could use in the car. Silly me. I assumed any car CD player would work. I found out the hard way that that is not the case. My car has only Apple Carplay but the first unit I ordered was only for Android systems. I had to return it. As most of the units I looked at were for Android systems I found it very difficult to find one that would work in my vehicle. Before I bought this unit I asked the company if it would work with Apple Carplay. They said that so long as my car played WAV files (which it does) it would work. I ordered the unit and tried it out. It worked perfectly and the sound is good. The only issue is that the screen does not display the names of the tracks, it assigns only a number (ie, Track 1, Track 2, etc.) but I understand most external CD players do the same thing so I don't see this as a flaw in the unit. The customer support people were extremely helpful and responded to my inquiries within an hour or two. They made it clear that if the unit did not work they would be sure to give me a full refund. No need. They can now add to their promotional material that the unit works with Apple Carplay. In summary, customer service is excellent and the unit works with my car. Best of all though, I can now rock out to my 60s CDs while am on a long trip. What more could you ask for!

It works! 10/10
Works great with 2026 Toyota Corolla SE Hybrid, with the use of one connecting cable. Don't need all the other parts for this model car. May be useful for other model vehicles though. 1-⭐ removed for cost. Overpriced. UPDATE - Placement of this item in the vehicle is now an issue. Cannot fit in small sized console, which already houses spare eye glasses, gum containers, bottled Advil, extra cables, etc. Unit also doesn't fit on the base floor of the gear shift. I've considered attaching it to the dash but visibility might encourage break-ins and theft. It's now reluctantly stored in the licence compartment, which makes it out of sight, forgettable and a bother to set up and take down with each use of the vehicle.
