At first the misspellings on the box make the thing seem a little sketchy— However, it's really easy to set up, good quality, and I could feel my muscles getting firmer the more I used it! It might be a little painful at first, but you get used to it after a while and it actually gets really comfortable. Just try not to put the thing at a higher level than 3 at first, I'd say that's the highest level that doesn't feel really bad for the first use.

don’t recommend this product. It really doesn’t work. My husband uses it and does not see any results. And we purchased extra pads as well. It needs to be more intense. I was worried when he wanted to buy it. I said it was pretty cheap. Should go for the more expensive one.?? we were not able to return it before the 30 days oh well..

I was a little skeptical at first, but after using it for a few weeks I must say I'm impressed! As someone with a busy schedule, I cannot spend too much time working out. However this device is a great addition to make the best out of my current routine. I love how I can sneak in a quick ‘ab workout’ at home or even at the office during breaks. It's super convenient and surprisingly effective. After just a few weeks of using it, I can already feel my core getting stronger. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to tone their abs.

The electricity used to power the 6 pack one is not enough. But when you use the the double on each ab it works great. The sticky stickers suuuuuuck!!! They last 2 sessions max. I would look for something better and not cheap out. Maybe made in America.

Good quality and easy to use. You definitely feel it working, but I haven’t used long enough to notice results. Great for those who don’t have time to exercise.

I have been using the ABS Stimulator since it arrived. Great packaging, great product. I was going back and forth between different males and models, but glad my research proved me right. I love it. Too early for physical results, but my abs and biceps feel like I am back in boot camp. It’s working the muscles good. I suspect in a few weeks I will have results showing ( I am in my late 40s), so my muscle tone isn’t what it was 30 years ago. I have also been using it on other parts of my body, calves, hamstrings, thighs, forearms, and buttocks. I am very excited about this, and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a muscle stimulator. Autagpen is the brand you want! Sorry I don’t have pictures yet. I received this in the mail yesterday. I charged the device immediately just to be sure it was 100% ready to use. I applied the device to my abdominal area and turned it on. Mode 1 level 1. Didn’t feel anything. Level 2….3. Started to feel something. 4…5….6…7. I could start to see the contractions. 8…9….10. Device is working but not as uncomfortable and “painful” as videos on YouTube made it out to be. I did 15 mins on 19. The morning I was thinking I’d feel sore. Nothing. I applied the device this morning and did another 15 mins. The stickiness has worn off and I had to hold it there with my hands. Ordered more pads this morning. See what happens in the next 30 days. UPDATE 4-28-23. Ive been using this for a couple weeks now. JUNK. I use mode 2, level 19. Does nothing. Feel nothing. See nothing. The arm bands are great. I have replace the sticky pads 3 times.

great addition to any workout routine to aid with increasing muscle toning and at a very good price.. it comes with plenty of gel packs! And like other ones I've tried it not only stays in place but also definitely feel the stimulation, good quality compared to the rest, very easy to use, clear instructions, and fits well on the stomach covering the whole abs area, not tried higher settings but will be adding this into my core routine moving forward..

Only one module worked and having read someone elses review about a similar issue I chose to ignore it I shouldn't have it was right. Save your money even at a discount not worth the hassle of sending it back.
