Bought a few times now definitely helped with sleep quality and time , easy enough to take , good for me so far 👍 feel more awake in the mornings too

Awful quality ingredients.
I started off taking zinc and magnesium separately because I got two Wild Nutrition pots from a friend. Once they ran out I moved to this, and all the effects of both zinc and magnesium vanished. I’ve now moved to Solgar magnesium zinc and calcium and I can feel the effects again, it’s also cheaper than this pile of faeces. Don’t waste your money.

Great if you struggle to sleep especially after workout
Has really help with sleep. Generally struggle, especially after a workout and this has really supported dropping the cortisol levels.
