Great sofa for a great price
Oh wow, this sofa is amazing!! It arrived a day earlier than expected, and it was super easy to unpack and put together. Assembly consists of hooking the arms onto the seat, then hooking on the back and screwing in the legs. I had no problems and it took about 30 minutes total to unpack and assemble. It is a sturdy sofa and is very comfortable. I love the profile - my living rooms feel so much bigger now even though it’s the same footprint as my old sofa. I’m hoping it holds up well, and at this price point you really can’t go wrong. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

For $500, it's a great value
My five star rating is more indicative of the value. It's a decent sofa and it's leather (or bonded leather or something better than faux or vegan leather), meaning it will last. I have it my bonus room / home office where it fits fine. The space is small and the sofa is fine for two people and my dog spends his days on it watching me work. It was very easy to put together and no tool are needed. The pieces have joints that connect and you screw in the legs. It took me 15-20 minutes to put together. The box it comes in is heavy. I moved it upstairs after taking parts out of the box and no piece weighs more than 49 pounds.

Good Product Horrible Seller
I would’ve given this sofa a 4 because I really like it, but the seller isn’t logical or compassionate! I received the sofa, paid my neighbor’s son to bring it into my home and assemble it. I’m 74 years old with health problems! When the kid assembled the sofa, I noticed right away that one of the cushions was very wrinkled, which made the entire sofa look bad! The wrinkled cushion is smaller than the Un wrinkled cushion as well! I asked the seller to please send me one cushion that’s not wrinkled, they refused, and offered me a $45 discount to keep it, I refused the offer! Now, instead of the seller sending me a small Un wrinkled cushion, they demanded that I put the sofa back in the box, take it to UPS or another shipper and ship it back! All I can say is WOW! That’s LUDICROUS!

You get what you pay for
There are good and bad things about this couch. Good: incredibly easy to assemble, it came well packed, and overall quality is better than expected. Measurements are accurate. It doesn’t have a bad smell, and it seems like it can actually be real leather. Overall, comfortable to sit/ lay down. Bad: color received is a brown leather, not camel like the website. The back cushions come sealed tightly on a bag and stuffed under the couch (see pics) which gives them wrinkles. Sometimes you hear noises when moving while seating. Not sure how strong the legs are, only time will tell.

Good fit for me
I like these. I bought 2 and though the claim of leather was confusing, showing 70% real leather. Not sure that is true Perfect size for my room to flank the fireplace for a nice conversation area.

An excellent piece
Perfection! This looked amazing in the room I designed for my client, and was very easy to put together. The material is very soft, in the best possible way.

Customer Service not responding
The back cushion I received is not acceptable. I contacted Naomi as Amazon requested and sent them this picture. I was told I would hear back within 2 days. Nothing! I will update review if I can get a replacement cushion as the rest of the couch is good for the money. I am not spending this kind of money and getting a wrinkled up cushion.
