sometimes it doesn't automatically start the quick charge "green light" and then battery doesn't charge but if you replug it then works. Otherwise great product, fast charging is actually fast, decent battery life

purchased this item in 2024 and within one year the product puffed. tried to contact to the customer service for warranty replacement.. but no one is responding. please do not buy this product as it has the worst customer service.they even do not have customer service centers
