People are speaking about difficulty plugging charger into device. You have to plug the charger into the device at an angle, not straight in. Instructions are poorly translated and written. Instructions do not tell you how much pressure to apply, how many times a week to use, or how to use device. Look at the picture that I posted you will see on the right hand side (nasal labial fold) The line that runs from the corner of the nose towards the corner of the lip is not so pronounced, I did not use the device on the right side of my face. However if you look at the left side of my face you will see that the line that runs from the corner of my nose down towards the lower corner of my lip is much more pronounced, that's the side that I use the device on. So I use the device on the left side and did not use it on the right side. As you can see the device made the line running from the nose to the corner of the mouth is worse or more pronounced. So I'm assuming when you use it do not apply a lot of pressure and pull the skin in the upward direction, which is what I was doing. So I feel that I've stretched my skin and made the line much worse. So it actually aged me. Don't apply a lot of pressure and pull the tissue up. I'm so angry right now because it made my face worse. Again I used it on the left side of my face and it made the line more pronounced, And I did not use it on the right side of my face and you can see that the line is not as pronounced. Poorly written's instructions and I would love to sue the manufacturing company.

Product arrived on time and packed well. I mediates removed from package and plugged in. The device side of the plug can be hard to manage. It is at an awkward angle (bad design) but once you see how it is angled and plug it in a few times, it should become easier (I now have no issues). The first few uses only gave me about 10mins of use. (I leave the device plugged in when not in use) Now about a week in and it seems to be holding a better charge and I can get through what I devised as my FULL routine. Noticeable difference for me with the lines at the corner of my face - and oddly enough some my sun spots appear to be lightening. I truly believe using this device increases the blood flow to your face. Vibration feels nice and warms your skin as you use. (Increased blood flow is a good thing) I also believe it really works my products into my skin. Happy with my purchase - would buy again. It's ok. Just doesn't give very noticeable results. I used it for 3 months.

Tip: kind of weird plug, it goes in at an angle. (It looks as if it should be straight but it's not. That's the design of the device and not a flaw)The first couple times I used the device it seemed as if it was not going to run very long without needing to be recharged again. So I left it on the charger overnight and now it's holding a charge much longer. So if you're having that issue try leaving it on the charger overnight.I love to use this to boost absorption of my facial products and it is a feel good facial tool. (I put my products on my face and not on the device) I love the blue setting because it's very warm. But overall after 1 week what I've noticed the most is that my skin looks smoother. I believe my products are penatrating my skin more. I haven't had enough time to give long term results.I will update if I find a significant change after using this for a while.

Ordered this product with high hopes but was very disappointed. Unfortunately the product could not be accurately reviewed because after it died the first time it would not charge. It was a one time use kind of product.
