I like the body boss very much because as a mom of a 2 and 4 year old I didn't have time to hit the gym when the hours for the childcare are open and it is a huge hassles because it is first come first serve. The hours were the peak hours and I only had 1 to try and cram in a work out which is impossible to do during peak hours. I had let myself go because trying to get to the gym became an expsensive coin toss everytime. I love that I can add more "weight" to it as I get stronger without the hassles of carrying bulky weights around. I am excited to actually be able to have essentially every weight machine I used at the gym combined into one piece of equipment. I really like that it also included door equipment too. All that is missing is it turning into a swimming pool and sauna 😉😁. J/K This is the perfect gym for moms because we can fit in a work out easily at home which saves time and money. Bonus, also sets a good example for my kids that I want to be healthy for them. I love the portability as well because I can move to different areas of my home even work out while my kids are in the bathtub. 🤣 #noexcuses.

This order came very late but it was not the sellers fault, rather the shippers. The company once told of the problem shipped another one to me. They were very apologetic, friendly and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again. The product is as described and I had my first full body workout with it yesterday and it was surprisingly effective. Great product, great service.Using this equipment with my personal trainer at home was great. My son and I had a lot of fun testing out the many ways we could use it (even with other bands I had) and it was a truly complete workout. Since that first day with my trainer (I'm 54 with alot of medical issues so I always have to check with him first) I have used it everyday safely by myself and hopefully in three months I'll post some new pics to show my improvement. My only concerns are: 1) the board doesn't lock flat so you have to plant your feet properly or it starts to bend upward (no biggie as it hasn't broken or anything and I'm over 200lbs) and 2) I had to used some extra padding on the bar as I am super sensitive and the bar hurt my neck.

I purchased this after a injury from kickboxing and I just started back training. So I thought this would be a good at home in between training sessions work out. For a beginner it is absolutely the perfect at home get in shape system. For someone who has been training or already has a physical training regimen this is not for you. The kid comes equipped with a 35 pound resistant weight. Currently with my trainer I am squatting 75 pounds. Even after purchasing additional resistance bands this system is not affective far in advance person but up the bottle for a beginner person to a fitness regime. In theory this system is awesome if they had heavier resistance bands this will be something that I would love if they had 60 7090 pound resistance bands I would be all on board for this. At this time I had to give this item to another person in my family instead of returning it. I would rem even after purchasing additional resistance bands this system is not affective for in advance person but up the ball for a beginner person to a fitness regime. In theory this system is awesome if they had heavier resistance bands this would be something that I would love if they had 60 7090 pound resistance bands I would be all on board for this. At this time I had to give this item to another person in my family instead of returning it. I would recommend this product for someone that is just starting to train or begin a physical fitness routine in an intermediate or advanced person should look for another product. In essence this is awesome again if it had stronger resistance bands this is something that I would absolutely love to have it my home every day!

This product is great. You can get a wonderful workout with this. It really does feel like lifting weights and using machines at the gym. The downside is it doesn't come with a lot of instructions. There is a small pamphlet, about two pages. It shows photos of exercise you can do. There is only one photo of each exercise. It would be better if there were at least two photos per exercise in order to get a better understanding of how to safely do every move. There's a lot of YouTube if you look for it. But some people don't have internet or know about YouTube. I have access to these things so it's not a major deal. It would be good if a DVD was included. It should be about an hour long. Also, a thicker booklet of exercises should be included. It should be about 30 pages with various pictures of each move. I watched a YouTube video to learn what to do and how to set up everything. Without YouTube I would've been confused. The product looked intimidating when I first opened it. So lack of instruction is my only complaint. The product is so compact anyone living in any space should be able to have it without issue. I love this product.

As a regular traveler that has had to deal with non-functional and incomplete hotel gyms I really wanted to love this. But its too big to take with me as I fly. I could check it but if I need to work out that bad then I am probably also traveling long enough that checked bags are needed for clothes. This could be good for somebody that travels by car or RV a lot. Just not for me As a person that often misses the gym due to work and wanted to work out at home I wanted to love this. But the bands are expensive and by the time I have enough to get a meaningful workout in I would have been better off buying other equipment. The looping system helps and is pretty cool but its just not enough. Also due to the layout of my place many of the exercises that require a door cant be done. If you're Super space limited or are a beginner that wants to get started in the comfort of your own home this would be great.

I got it on time with missing parts ! 2 Bands

I received this last week and am impressed at how easy it was to set up and use. I am in my 50's and have arthitis so being able to clip the hooks on and off easily is important to me. This is also very portable. I travel for work most of the time and I can take this with me to use wherever I am. This is the first piece of exercise equipment that I've been really impressed with, and it was affordable.

I ordered the Body Boss home gym as I’m a dementia nurse and working nights renders me unable to go and train safely plus I live miles from a gym. I also sustained an injury during my years as a casual bodybuilder. Admittedly I ordered this with some skepticism but I am so glad that I invested in this product. Lightweight, portable and with the capacity to allow you perform exercises to challenge all body parts..it’s perfect. Nothing like this on the market.

Idea ottima. Ben costruita. Resistenza delle fasce discreta (sarebbe ottimo avere 2 resistenze diverse.... Unica vera pecca del prodotto). Poco spazio per avere una vasta scelta di esercizi. Ottimo anche il blocco per la porta. Davvero utile.
