Does this help your hair get back in good condition?

Yes most definitely, I have quite coarse curly hair, and the previous shampoo dried my hair out and made it feel like a wire brush but after one wash of using the bed head shampoo it was so so soft!!

Does this one help against breakage or heat damage? I use straightners often but also have bleached/coloured hair. Thanks

I use this shampoo and conditioner all the time now as with other brands I had breakages and my hair looked dull , my hair is always soft and shiny and I always get random comments about what salon I've been too ( I rarely answer these questions but this product is quality) and you only need small amount of the shampoo or conditioner as it is salon quality. Also I use straighteners all the time as I have long hair hope this helps
