They work!
Great pick up after illness

If you prefer a tablet and still looking for that energy release.
Was pleased to see these available on Amazon. They were delivered quickly. Take one daily and although a sizeable tablet found them easy to swallow. These are packed full of vitamins and have felt more energy since taking them so will likely continue using as find it much easier than the fizzing tablets.

It takes more than 30 , 40 mins to mix w water and it doesn’t freeze well unless u keep stirring

Great stuff
Have used Berocca for years. I am 68 and won't use anything else.

Good
I take a fizzy Berocca every morning in warm water and have done for several years - despite knowing that the scientific evidence seems fairly firmly in the 'it doesn't actually do anything' camp. However when away on business or holiday I used to not bother as the hassle of boiling water and finding a big enough glass - so, when I saw these advertised on Amazon - I thought 'RESULT' - they are great for when I'm travelling, or the occasional morning when I am running late and can just 'pop a pill' :)

Bit large and expensive
Probably the best I’ve had… tried a few other vitamin tablets as I have felt lethargic and I thought I’d try these (3rd ones I’ve tried) very large tablets and very expensive… took around 6-8 weeks for them to start working ! I’m sure if the company would/could lower their prices they would sell more ! I’ll continue to take them for now but on the look out for something cheaper and does a similar job…. And a bit smaller…

according to the description , I thought it had copper and vit E but it turned out not . I will take it and see if I get any good results
