I used it only one time then it completely stopped working as water container doesn’t keep water inside , sort of leak Want to return it but the process isn’t clear? Hopefully Amazon team can help in this or even to solve the problem in the machine

Product is very sensitive

I got this product less than a month ago and it is showing an error code. I have tried to resolve the code but it is not functioning. The machine is useless if any code appears and cant be solved. I reached out to the company to cover in warranty but they have denied as they dont cover products outside the US, and there is no way I can contact the seller/amazon to get help. Very unfortunate.

It make so much noise whenever it makes milk. And always there is symbol of clean up this clean up this. Very early it comes clean this. In the night after 2 bottles it show signal of clean the funnel. In the night i have to wake up and clean it. My work become double

Machine qui convient pour des biberons jusqu’à 240ml (les nuk sense par exemple). Parfait lorsqu’on vadrouille beaucoup (j’ai acheté le sac de transport avec, un gros +). Machine quasi identique à la baby brezza classique. Le réservoir est plus petit ainsi que le bac à lait. Mais permet de faire 4 biberons de 150/180ml avec un réservoir. Si c’était à refaire j’aurai pris que celui ci au lieu de prendre les 2 machines.

Three reason not to buy this product.. First it shows in the adv that it fills exactly 60ml, while in reality it fills more than 70ml. Second.. the formula powder granules don’t dissolve completely, hence end up choking the bottles nipples. Third.. it’s certain part needs to be cleaned after every 4th use, which is not mentioned in any of the adv or description of the product, hence you end up spending more time n efforts than making Formula milk mixture with simply warm water by kettle.

I have purchased this but unfortunately after 6 months the milk get stuck although I am cleaning it constantly and set the formula settings to the one mentioned in the website but to no avail.
