Really good does the job I find it a bit heavy but I'm not very strong glad I purchased it

I consider this product is not fit for purpose. It will not remove sticky marks and just moves any dust around the floor. Even slight marks (eg dried coffee drip) takes 10 passes of the machine. We are a clean household and wash the floor daily, so heaven help anyone with dogs/children. Also, the machine doesn’t clean under the kitchen cabinets (we have the ones that ‘float’ above the floor, and so have to use a spray mop to clean under them), nor does it clean the grout. We have had a Vax carpet/hard floor washer in the past which was MUCH better Save your money and use a spray mop instead

It is great when it works! Once the filter gets wet once the dirty water tank is full it stops working until it’s fully dry. So you need a spare filter or don’t wait for the dirty tank to become full before emptying it. Battery lasts about 20 mins and takes a good while to recharge so can’t do upstairs & downstairs in one go! It does really pick up a lot of dirt & really easy to use and clean. Cleaning power great. I thought my floor was really clean until I got the Vax!

I’m so pleased I bought this. After years of mopping sponging and scrubbing this is so easy to use and makes a great job without using too much water on my laminate floor. The battery is interchangeable with my vax vacuum so that adds to the versatility and efficiency 😀

We have Karndean flooring throughout the downstairs and we thought we were keeping it clean. With two Bearded collies fat chance! However this Vax is simple to assemble and very quickly it became obvious our floors could be so much cleaner. Pleasant smell from the cleaning fluid and comforting it is hygienic too. Cleaning and reassembly easy after you have done, the auto brush/head clean is great. I did buy a second battery and would recommend that for a larger floor area, ours is around 40 square meters. Only streaks visible on the first clean and in areas of heavy traffic. Subsequent cleaning not a problem.

The vax vacuum wash and dry cordless looks of good quality and well made unfortunately for me it was to heavy as an elderly person I have very little strength in my arms and hands therefore adding water also made it impossible to.move the item around my home im.disappointed that I was unable to keep it as its a great idea to vac and wash all in one I cannot star the product as I did not try it as I realised right away it was going to be to heavy for me

This was a replacement for the same model which would not suck up the dirty water. This time the machine kept cutting out with message that dirty water container was full. After dismantling and cleaning several times, machine contained to cut out with message. After 2 faulty Vax machines I have returned to Bissell Crosswave but with latest model. The 1 star is for very helpful customer service. Unable to date machine as have not experienced it working

After having to vacuum, mop and thinking not much dirty water so floors aren’t as bad as I thought. I stand corrected, got this yesterday and used today and wow… the amount of dirt that I was previously just pushing around was phenomenal, like brown soup and super fast doing it in one go. I read both positive and negative reviews on this product but over 90% are positive and I can see why.. anybody want to buy a used mop?
