This beautiful bidet seat changes your idea of clean and comfort. With adjustments for seat and water temperature, pressure control and drying, this bidet seat could not be more comfortable to use. We have a black toilet and it was hard to find one in black, so this is perfect. We bought it when I had shoulder replacement surgery last year to ease stress on my shoulder. Now I have just had a knee replaced and the toilet is too low for these first couple of months recovery, it is the bidet clean I miss most. Now I understand why cultures that traditionally use water to wash think of us as so nasty dry-wiping, and then the disposal and cleaning of all that toilet paper in our sewage systems...

The wrong connecting hardware was sent in the box and this required me to pay a plumber $175 to connect the water line. There is no website for this company. There is no customer service number to call. Even reaching out through Amazon’s usual terrific customer service, I’ve gotten no response from the manufacturer. The chances of this company standing behind their three year warranty is slim and none. However, since there are so few black day seats, i’m going to just have to take my chances.

We were looking for a bidet that would match a black toilet and the options were very few. This works well and has a number of good features. I wish the seat would get a little bit warmer and I wish it were possible to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Otherwise I recommend this product.

The unit is great. Great individually customizable features, great water pressure with its own internal heating element, LED lights to light up your toilet bowl And an automatically opening and closing toilet lid. How cool is that...installation went fairly easy however to get enough water pressure so the unit would operate correctly. We had to change out my quarter turn water supply valve for a fully openable valve. I didn't even know they made a valve that only opened a quarter way. I guess this is quite standard for valves that just feed the toilet. Once we got the valve changed out. It was pretty smooth sailing from there. Did have to turn off the water supply to the house to change out that valve, but well worth it in the end.

I have no complaints except the seat doen not raise any.ore and there is nowhere to get product support. Worked perfectly for about 8 months, then the seat stopped raising on its own. Every other function is as advertised and excellent. But the seat raising automatically was very nice and now irs gone.

At first, we were very excited to have a black bidet to match our black toilet seat, especially since there are no other options available on the market. We recently completed our construction and finally went to install the bidet. Unfortunately, the circuit keeps breaking every time the toilet seat warmer is turned on. We are now past the return or exchange period, and I really hope customer service can assist us with this issue. We genuinely want it to work. Please help! 🙏

Hard to find a black bidet ! This is a good one have had no problems with it. Easy to install!

Updated (Apr 2024): The manufacturer sent a new bidet and it works perfectly! Depending on your toilet you'll need to take time with the screws and bracketsOrginal (Feb 2024): Once the bidet was installed and plugged in it. It kept tripping off. The built in gcfi malfunctions. Had to send back.
