The cardboard box it came in was very damaged, but the bottles were thankfully intact. The vanilla flavour is it - it's delicious. Don't even waste time with the other flavours. I tried the strawberry and it barely had a strawberry milkshake flavour. It's also filling. I drink it in the evenings and it keeps me full/satiated throughout the night without any low blood sugar effects. It's a great replacement of less healthy snacks/foods.

This drink has saved me many spikes,when I haven't had time to get a proper meal. I keep it in the fridge all the time, ready to go. My favorite is vanilla.

This item is good and price is reasonable

My favorite flavor has always been vanilla. I assumed when I purchased these vanilla shakes they would b extensible, but surprisingly decent. It’s fairly thick so it serves its purpose. They really don’t advise totally missing meals, however if you have no time, it’s a decent substitute. Yes, it has the usual protein and other necessary supplements. I tried it last week. I was in a hurry to go to drs. appointment and decided to try it. To my surprise I was not that hungry after drinking it. I’m not saying that it will always work for everyone, however you will be consuming protein and other supplements so it is healthier than just fasting or totally missing an entire meal. All I can say is Glucerna has really done its homework to provide a healthy supplement. As the saying goes. “Try it you may like it”
