Can you use other colored gel polish with these? And if so, do you use the top coat after other colored gel polish or just over the base it comes with

You can use other gel polish with these and yes this top coat is to be used over the color gel polish. I have used this for full coverage nail tips (base coat) application instead of glue and it works perfectly. I then used other gel polish and this top coat. They have a pretty strong smell and can cause itching if you get it on your skin much like other gel products so be careful when applying and don't get on your cuticles.
