This was exactly what I needed!! I managed to put together this beautiful terrarium thanks to this kit!I bought the small terrarium kit (without tools and without plant) and I used a bit more than half of what was included in the bag! I used my own white gravel that I had previously bought, so I don’t know if the quantity that is sent is enough to achieve the same result.I struggled a bit without the tools but nothing that a plastic spoon and a wooden chopstick couldn’t resolve!I will definitely recommend it and I am sure I will buy it again!

I thought the kit included a small cube-like container . The description says ‘2ltr Starter kit containing plants’ £29.99.The photographs clearly show a small terrarium with gravel, sand, moss....and a small terrarium. My 8 year old grand daughter has wanted to try her hand at ‘growing cacti’ , so this seemed like a perfect ‘ STARTER KIT’ .I was quite shocked when the ‘kit’ arrived? Some, gravel, some stones, some sand, a bit of dehydrated moss, and 2 tiny cacti I could buy anywhere for a coup,e of quid.I wrote to the seller, who replied telling me how proud she was of her business, how hard she works, how great her kits were, and how the photos were merely for illustration. If I wanted a small terrarium like the one in her photos...that would be a further.... EIGHTY QUID ????I’ve since bought a 15ltr circular globe fish tank, with a gentle changing LED lighting system for my granddaughter to grow her mosses and cacti in.

This starter kit was great. I had already bought my terrarium and plants but I wish I had bought the complete kit from this seller. I followed all of the very clear instructions given and my terrarium looks very professional. Each of the packages of compost, gravel etc were clearly labelled and there were plenty to make my project. I would definitely recommend. I will hopefully make another terrarium but using all of this sellers products next time as they obviously know their stuff!An excellent starter kit for a beginner like me and would definitely recommend.

I cannot believe the exceptional quality of the product for the price. What you are buying here is not just a product, but an experience. The items arrived quickly, well packaged and high quality. I didn’t simply receive a handful of products, but a finely crafted instructional method of creating a wonderful and charming piece. I wasn’t looking to ever pot succulents I just wanted something for the aesthetic of my room but these gorgeous products have actually got me excited about what I can do next. Thank you so much! I ordered this pack in good time for my daughters birthday. It arrived very well packed and in really good time. I wasn't going to open it it but I wanted to check that the plants were ok. The three cacti were in good condition but were very dry as they were packed in tissue paper. The mosses were in poly bags so were nice and moist. I watered the cacti and replaced them. I'm sure if I'd ordered the item nearer to when I needed it the plants would have been fine and wouldn't have needed water.

wasn't as much product as I thought but enough to half fill two empty jars I had. succulents are doing well in this mix. you can see in the picture the size of my plant when I first potted it (left), compared to now (right). So no issues with the health of my plants :)

Bought this set for my first terrarium and it worked well. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The different bags were all labelled, so there was no confusion. The set did not include any tools, but I found my hands worked just as well. The size S pack was a good amount for this shape & size terrarium (17 x 17 x 17cm)

Illustration shows terrarium and contents. Kit does not include terrarium but this fact is shown way down in the description and easy to miss unless you are given to reading everything about every product you buy. Suggest that non-inclusion of terrarium be given more prominence, although to be fair, some terrariums can be pricey and so if one was included, the kit would be pretty good value. Our mistake but a tad expensive for what was included. Quality good.
