An incredible tool for learning how to manage and visualize time and prioritize tasks. Love the brain dump area and extra note pad space on the back page. The visual simplicity of this format, with no over complications, is what makes this work for an already busy brain.

The time box has really helped me stay on task at work and outline exactly what I did through the day when the boss asks “why isn’t that done yet, what have you been doing all day”. —Finally I got that micromanaging person to realize different task/problems take different amount of time to resolve. It’s really been a life saver for my work mental health.

As someone who gets overwhelmed knowing there's a busy day ahead of me, this book was perfect for time blocking my day. Mapping out designated times for each task I found to be very helpful. The book itself is sturdy and nothing flashy. Would recommend for someone who needs help mapping out a busy day to ensure they tackle all their tasks.

I have ADHD and I have so many planners and none of them quite right for me. I've tried so many styles and this is the closest I've come to ADHD usability. I'm not wasting 2/3 of the planner because its not dated. I can use it when I want. I can go days without using it and not waste any paper. I didn't have any issues with the cover. It's flexible and feels like a fake leather coating was put over the normal cardboard spiral notebook cover. Its textured and nice to touch. I've used it for a week now and it has held up great after going through my backpack and my work tool bag everyday.What I like:*It's undated.*The half hour time boxes have a 19 hour time range that go from 5:00-11:30. Many planners only go from 8am-6pm then have a small space for evening. It doesn't say AM or PM so it works for night shift people as well.* The brain dump section is dotted. I can write horizontally or vertically. Or diagonal. Or all three. Whichever direction my brain is going at the time I need to write a thought down.*The large dotted section on the back side of the page. This is a major brain dump area that is great for my "doom piles" of thought. Random lists, things to look up, to buy, or any random thing that crosses my mind.What could be improved:*Its really only 70 days. There are 70 sheets of paper with 140 writable pages. I think $18.99 is a bit too steep for just 70 days. I use it a few times a week so it will probably last me closer to 4-5 months than 70 days though.I will probably order another one when I get close to finishing this one. Price is my only issue. I've only used it or a week but so far, so good!

The Time Box System has helped me manage my days better than ever, but now they binded it, so its a great tool to organize and its a great tool to cover your ass.........you can go back and reference a specific day... its awesome

I love everything about this! I use it for my weekend routine more than anything. I stress easily about what needs to be done and this helps me just dump everything on mind and worry about it later.

Helps a lot with my business and logging time for my side hustle. Just wish it were a little less expensive as it truly isn’t anything super fancy.

Is this an expensive notebook? Yes. Is it worth it? YES. I’m pretty sure this book is the reason I got a raise this year. Live by it.
