The cutting function of these scissors is great! We use it to cut meat (steaks, etc). I’ve washed the scissors and the do not rust. Sharp, good quality. My only complaint is the handle is very uncomfortable. We are compromising comfort for quality, because the stainless steel and cut of the scissors works well. Not very heavy but durable. The size is as expected. Mostly a good value for the money.
