Each bulb consumes about 6.9 Watts (0.5A x 13.8v). That's not going to cut it for a reverse light. On my 2022 Ford Transit-250, they are barely visible and slightly worse than the incandescent ones. When you're done playing with toys and you want powerful bulbs, look for 3157 LED bulbs with an active cooling fan and make sure they have a rating of at least 15W to 30W (each). However, do not to exceed 30 Watts per bulb because that is generally what a single incandescent 3157 bulb consumes. The cooling fan is key because without active cooling, there's no way for a 15W or higher LED's to dissipate enough heat in such a small compact case. At least not without slowly destroying itself. So even when they make false claims about wattage, you'll know.

I had to buy resistors . How ever the lights still have a flashing. This is a small problem after resistors high and low beam . . How ever the daylight's running light keep on the flashing , To solve the flashing is again simply done by just turn the lights . There is again a 3 rd light mode or the daylight running mode flashing. . It is just a small thing , you can put the lights in the on position on and the second set with resistors in the hi beam as well , now in either of these two options. just put on the lights during the day the high beam when needed works with out flashing. Too . But that third built in ,in stayed stay on after the car is turned off . Or lights that mode the lights till you have after getting out of your car time lights to stay on and you can’t change this as they don’t have a place to use resistors , its a circuit that uses the lights in the in mode programming of the car . car It goes away , same as the high beam once you’ve turned it too off , it flashes for say 60 seconds. it returned auto off and everything is off and the lights goes out , so you have light outside lights around your jeep , and to walking away is safely and turns out after the time you can change in setting. how long they stay on after you’ve left the car . I hope and Im sure on my 2010 jeep grand Cherokee , it is what you just deal with. Review by Awkward1

These are definitely an upgrade from OEM, especially being whiter since the old ones were more of a yellowish white. Makes it easier to see for sure. However, minus 2 stars for the claim of being 600% brighter, which is COMPLETELY false. I don't care what the rating 6000K says, these are maybe 50% brighter. Does make a difference, but don't make stupid claims.

Although the light is brighter when you are looking at it directly it dosen't seem to add any additional benefit to lighting the area behind you when backing up. and that is why I purchased thes bulbs. Other than that I am satisfied with the product.

Bought as a replacement for the reverse light on my 2014 Ram 1500. Depth of the plug is not long enough so pins do not make contact to get power, nor do they seat to point where they would stay put. Update compatibility status.
