Did exactly what i needed it to do and cleared my bunged up ear canals out with ease...put it together no problems, had to disassemble some parts to clear the wax from the plastic tube under warm water...very good product and it saves me bothering the good nurses within the NHS so they can treat people with more important health issues

I have just received my package and assembled it together no problem there.this product does not do what it’s intended to I can tell you. Save your money and look elsewhere cannot return obviously because you have used it so £40 down the drain. They know you cannot return it. The suction is poor and I genuinely thought this is the one after careful research on other products £40 is a big hit for me so this has truly upset me today. Don’t listen to gimmicks and big sales chat.

Not very good, you would need the ear wax to be mostly liquefied to get any out. Even on the highest suction setting, removed very little wax.

The instructions are very poor, and non-existent in telling me how to assemble/disassmeble the parts provided. The suction head needs to be disassembled for cleaning, but I have not managed to do so, and don't want to break the thin plastic in trying too hard. The product is supplied with an 'ear spoon' which you are advised to poke in your ear to loosen the wax prior to removal with the vacuum tool. This contradicts all the medical advice about not poking around in your ear even with cotton buds.

Very unsatisfactory purchase. Didn’t work at all.. obviously couldn’t send it back as it’d been in my ear. Useless

This product did not do what it was intended to do. I didn't find it effective in any way for sucking out the wax.
