I used to wear crampons on the daily during the winter, and I can't tell you how many times I've rippes a hole on the inside of my pant legs. These are nice for a quick fix, and they stick to the fabric very well. I would wear the Mammut mountaineering snow pants, and this tape worked very well.

Great repair material for outdoor gear! I've used it on tons of stuff. I've been able to color match well and make lots of fixes. This isn't a huge problem, but small pieces on ripped material don't hold well... in my experience and for best results, I would use at least an inch width of tape on both sides of the tear. And put it on the inside and outside of the rip or tear. great stuff

I have used this tape to repair holes (some pin holes, some larger) in a tent floor. The tape does just what it was designed to do. The adhesion is great and after a year the patches are still in place and the edges are still well affixed to the tent floor. There is no sign of them beginning to peel up or loosen. I am pleased. The best advise I can give when using this tape is to be patient when cutting it and when removing the tape from it's backing. When I was cutting it, I attempted to use the scissors in my Leatherman multitool, but even though they are sharp, they simply could not cut through the tape. I ended up placing the tape on the wooden picnic table and using my well sharpened pocket knife. It struggled too, but eventually got the job done. the edges were a little torn, but usable. The tape itself is great, but using it can be somewhat challenging and frustrating. If you don't try to do it in a hurry, but rather give yourself time to do the job, you will be pleased with the results.

I have an old faithful lightweight Arcteryx down jacket. The cuffs have become a bit porous over time ( natural wear inside as an insulator to an outer shell ) I called Arteryx and they told me that normal wear was not covered under warranty, but they could supply me with some TENACIOUS TAPE. I did my research and bought a several options pre cut patches ( worked great in a hole that occurred at a fire pit ) and this tape to try to refresh the cuffs on my Rico. So simple I followed the instructions, (the jacket was freshly washed and waterproofed ) I wiped down the cuffs with rubbing alcohol, measured the cuffs and cut an appropriate length. The carefully adhered it to the ends covering the outside & inside. First off I was lucky to be able to match a seam and it's nearly invisible. it feel durable, it feels close enough to the OEM fabric not to draw attention to itself. To me it's the closest this to a miracle cure you can buy for a puffer ! Worth a try to extend the life of an old friend!

Great for repairing raingear, the adhesive is permanent. I patched a rain coat last year, wore it nearly all winter and early spring, it's holding up great and is still waterproof.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Product is very hard to work with. When I finally got it onto the garment, and the first time I washed the garment, all the tape came off. Do not recommend this product at all. Do not waste your money.

I read several reviews before buying this fabric repair tape, so I figured it was worth a shot. Because my top is black, I felt more confident because a lot of reviews highlight the fact that different colors are different types of fabric, and black seemed to be the best. I cleaned the areas around the small rips with 70% alcohol and was careful not to touch the sticky part of the tape with my fingers. The tape does seem to blend in well, even though it didn't look like it would while on the roll. It looked great for about two days, then I started noticing the edges coming up. I pushed them down and even went over them with a flat edge just in case. The first rain let me know that this will not work. Rain got under the tape and lifted it all over again. Lowering the top will also guarantee that the tape will lift. This tape is good in a dry environment and only for temporary use. I would definitely use it for household repairs but convertibles are definitely not the case.

Estaba bien enojado porque el cachorro me rasgó mi chamarra! Encontré estos parches aquí y compré los transparentes y los negros… El transparente queda mejor en colores claros, pero para mi chamarra verde decidí ponerle el negro y creo que quedó muy bien! Tiene buen pegamento. Seguí las instrucciones, pero le puse un poco de calor con la pistola de pelo y creo que pego aun mejor!
