Q: Can this be used for helping to level a camper?

Not sure, but I just received my "new" jack with someone else's return label in it, and it's been used. Warning - bought as new. Wouldn't trust Amazon on this - or definitely try it before your are stuck somewhere with someone's used "new" jack. Bummed, needed this for 2 weeks overlanding.

it is a 5 ton jack which states in the description will handle up to 11023 pounds. so I doubt it very much.

Q: Do you need a separate connection for the electric wrench? Or does it connect to the car jack itself?

When using this Electric Car Jack, you need to use the jack to unplug the connector and then connect the wrench.
