Can 1 child rock this are you have to have 2 on it?

Absolutely. Child stands in the middle, holds on to the two handles and rocks it back and forth. Grandson does it all the time.

Can this be used safely on playground mulch?

I’m not really sure, but I’m thinking probably not. My great grandkids use it in the house and it could be used on a flat surface outdoors but I really don’t think it would be good on any kind of mulch. The kids use it as a teeter totter and then they flip it over and walk across it like a balance beam and crawl under it like a tunnel.

This teeter totter is cute. However, it is for older toddlers maybe from age 3 and up. Not for younger children. It sets very tall and younger children cannot reach the floor.

My kids love this!!My 3 year old fits perfect. My 1.5 year old is a little on the thicker side and he still fits but he is more snug. Still the perfect gift and they play everyday with this!
