Round Hammered Metal Container with Bird Finial, Brass Finish

Much bigger than expected which was welcomed! Very cute addition to my decor.

I love this unique piece! The bee is so cute and doesn’t look easy to break off. It’s light weight but still feels sturdy. The container looks great on a stack of books. It can easily fit most spaces and is very eye catching. So happy I bought this!

First off, read! This is a piece made in India and you will have no doubt about that once it arrives. It is rough and obviously handmade with all sorts of imperfections and unevenness in the stamped pattern. That is part of the charm for this piece in my opinion. I keep this on my mantle with peanuts in it right next to my sliding glass door so I can throw nuts to the squirrels who visit me. It is perfect for this use. The bunny head at the top could fit better... could be more aligned, but as stated above this is a piece from India and precision is not the name of the production game there. Accept it and enjoy it for what it is, a cute useful piece that will make you smile every time you look at it. Also, Wayfair sells this for almost double the price and it is exactly the same. Anything you find on Wayfair you should be checking Amazon to see if they carry it and at what price... I have found this to be true with knick-knacks and furniture and rugs. Happy shopping.

I looked at buying this for months and finally pulled the trigger. I'm so glad that I did. It is really lovely. It looks much more expensive than it is. It is lightweight, yet doesn't look it, and is very sturdy. I put it on top of cocktail table books and it looks fantastic.

I am giving this item four stars only because it is so cute. I purchased this item as a gift for a friend that loves bees. I have to say I am slightly disappointed. This container was not on sale when I purchased it and even at sale price it is slightly over priced. While the container is absolutely adorable it is super light weight. The describes it as having a brass finish. It feels more like tin or albumin than brass. I will be keeping the item and gifting it just because it is perfect for my friend. I do wish it had a little more weight to it.

Love the look of this hammered metal container! The colors, size, and objects for the top are whimsical and attractive.

This is thin metal. The pattern is barely pressed into it and the definition is not nearly as crisp as the picture shown. It's not bad, just not good.

It is a very nice decorative brass ornamental piece.

Looks great on my coffee table

Very happy with this purchase. Has a timeless look and the detail of the bird is lovely. Quite sturdy despite reviews claiming the brass is too thin. Maybe not the thickness of antique brass, but thick enough to maintain its shape and sheen.

I like it, seeing it in person, I’m not sure why I thought it was worth $Au60…. I still like it. The rabbit head on top doesn’t sit perfectly flush though, it’s kind of like an afterthought. I kept it. I think I’d like it better if I’d paid $Au40 for it, that feels like a more appropriate price.
