Use in dry location only How to remove/bypass the ballast at the fixture? 1. Normally, the Ballast has a black and white wire on the input side (120V). It also has two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast, please cut all 6 wires. 2. Then, you can connect the two red wires to the black wire. 3. Next, connect the two blue wires to the white wire. 4. For multiple bulb fixtures, you can just repeat the above steps on the other ballasts. Perfect for my Needs
I ordered these and one of the 6 did not work. The company contacted me and sent me two replacements for the one bad. I only needed four, so I wasn't keen on sending all six back. I was very impressed that the company immediately sent me not one, but two replacements! Thank you!!

Works as hoped....
The sockets came significantly faster than estimated. I have so far only tried two, but they work perfectly. Time will tell on longevity, but it is a static product in a table lamp, I would expect long time excellent performance.

Works as intended
If using regular bulbs, MAKE SURE TO REMOVE BALLAST OR BYPASS THE BALLAST within your can light, as the bulbs will fry.

Perfect repalcement for a burnt/damage G9 base
The G9 base is used by many halogen bulbs which occassionally burn the base. These replacements make it very easy to repair a burnt base for use with an LED bulb, saving a nice light fixture from being discarded.

No good for LED. Should be stated as such
I purchased these to convert my lights to LED, by they don’t work. Tried several brands of LEDs. They may work fine with a standard bulb, but that’s not what I wanted.
