Easy way to take turmeric....
I have re-ordered. It does help our pain, it takes a while to really notice the difference. I am pleased with this easy way of getting turmeric in my body. We were just taking the powder.

Received different bottles
My first bottle everything seemed to work great. I just received my second bottle and the bottle and capsules look completely different. The second bottle is smaller although still holding 180 capsules. But instead of the capsules being yellow they are now more brown. So I'm feeling unsure if this is the same product.

Can not recommend
I have used Turmeric and Curcumin for years. I noticed a definite change in discomfort to my knees, 2 weeks after starting this product. My routine of work and exercise is no different, maybe even less. I will go back to my regular formulary product. Personally, I can't recommend this product.

Noticeable Difference!
Several reviewers mentioned that the capsules had no smell that seemed like boswellia, turmeric, or ginger, but I smell all of those. I think it contains the ingredients it says it contains. These seem effective, though perhaps not quite as potent as I'd like. I've been off them for a little while before ordering more to see if there was a difference in how I felt, and I do notice a difference. I plan to reorder. These were a great value, and the capsules are not too big.
