Q: Does the packaging include anchors and screws ?

Yes it does. 2 pairs of L brackets for the shelves and the basket/shelf combo is mounted with 2 screws. It also comes with drywall and concrete anchors.

Q: Is "Dark Brown" brown or walnut in the picture of the different colors? Which is rustic brown? The color selections don't match the description

The unit i have is black- black shelves and black metal .

Q: What size screws and anchors are needed for this? I don’t know if mine did not come with it or if I miss placed them.

It did come with screws and anchors. If you can’t find yours any set of anchors will do as I prefer the drywall anchors that self tap, so I used a set I had from Walmart that I keep on hand that can support a decent amount of weight
