I drink a cup of this tea before singing now and it works great! It also tastes pretty good (I think I taste a hint of fennel).

Great flavor, however it wasn't until I saw after brewing my first tea bag I saw the disclaimer on the packets and box about consulting with your doctor if you have certain conditions or on certain medications. I happen to be on a diuretic so I'll have to consult with my doctor before using anymore( even though it tastes soooo good!) so hopefully I'll get the okay from them.I'm only sharing this since I didn't see this disclaimer listed on the product page here!

I can’t say enough good things about this tea! It is the most soothing and flavorful tea I’ve ever had. If you’re having a sore throat this is THE REMEDY you’ve been looking for. So often tea feels drying to throat once you stop sipping, but not this tea! The slippery elm really helps to lubricate your throat and has such a lovely sweet fennel taste. Sugar and irritate the throat even more so I love that I don’t need a sweetener with this. (Occasionally I’ll add honey but you don’t really need it!)

I came to learn of this tea with coworkers who are actors and actresses.I love this with orange blossom or manuka honey.When I feel a cold coming on or just a sore throat this is what I reach for. Know this hasn’t been confirmed by the FDA.I trust this brand so much. Including their seasonal sampler. I love the herbal cold care and breathe easy as well.The taste is amazing and it’s a cup of comfort.My friends use it to help their voices as they sing etc. I’m so thankful for this tea.

Best tea on the market for any kind of throat pain, and it tastes good too which is a plus! I like to add a little bit of agave for flavor, but it really doesn’t need it. When I had strep throat I went through 3 tea bags a day and it really saved my life in less than a week!
