Good product for Gluten Free baking when mixing your own Baking Blend
PuroRaw Sorghum flour arrived quickly and was well packaged by the seller. The flour is good value for the money.The texture is not like regular flour but when mixed it has good baking abilities, and thankfully it's Gluten Free. Most GF recipe creators will share their blends for specific baked goods - follow their directions and bake good healthy food!

The media could not be loaded. I tell you that I am fascinated with this flour.I made pancakes and cheese bread.As you can see, they turned out spectacular.I used 100% sorghum flour, they were very tender and suves.I highly recommend this flour.

Love sorghum and this is nice packaging and good value.
We use sorghum flour in gluten free baking for our family and love the whole grain benefits and nutty flavor. Easy to use with other flours. This is a good value and love that it's clearly labeled as gluten free and GMO free. Healthy option to have around!

delicious - better than american grocery store brands
delicious, great for baking!! i was previously disappointed by sorghum flour from an american brand (don’t remember which, maybe bobs red mill?), but this is so so good. much better taste and texture for use in cooking. tastes fresher.

Good option for gluten free recipes
Let me start off with by saying I don't have any issues with gluten intolerance or celiac disease or anything like that. I actually add more gluten to my bread that I make. However, one of my daughters sometimes has some problems with gluten so I purchased this to try some recipes for gluten free bread for her. While I belive the flavor is ok, I am not a fan of gluten free recipes. They can definitely be a challenge to work with. I tried a couple of recipes using this and lots of other additives and it made me very grateful that I don't have a problem with gluten intolerance. My daugher isn't a fan either, so we just make things that have gluten in them. But for those who do have a gluten problem, this would be a good choice for you.

Product good, bag terrible
First time using Sorghum so I don't have experience to go from but it seems fine. I will re-order. The problem is the terribly designed bag. The reseal zipper is useless as shown in the photos. And why in the name of health do they need to line it with plastic that "may cause cancer"? I put it into another container immediately but who knows how long it's been sitting on a warehouse shelf. If they will just use a different vendor for their bags, it will be great.
